I've been talking to Polybush about a set for the TF. I've used orange polybushes on my SJ for many years and found them very good for what I want - extreme axle articulation and mud. There are problems with selection of bush hardness - too hard and they can crack up or bend/distort the bush holder, too soft and they can be worse than OEM bushes. They are making them in orange, Shore 75 hardness, for me to try ;D A few have been made to the wrong pattern, so I'm helping them iron out the snags before they sell them properly, probably via Rimmers etc. I can see another article coming up fo F/TF mag

Dave, the F rear is completely different to a TF rear. The front is the same.
No one has done a TF set so far, so this is a first.

Had a lower rear link from Petevick on .org this morning. His car failed an MoT last year, and the bit that failed was a cr*p "ball joint" outer bush in the arm. I'm talking to Polybush, they have an arm from rimmers and already do the inner end of the link, and I've nearly talked them into doing an urethane replacement for the outer metal joint. It might be the same sort of joint as the inner rear long track rods, if so, they might be persuaded to do those as well. Still not got my partial set yet however, no real problem as the TF and the SJ both have MoT tests next month before Ireland and Scotland

Putting some of the TF Polybush set on the rear lower links tomorrow at a friend who has a hydraulic press. I'll be pulling back the seal and injecting hypoid oil into the "rose" type outer joints before I waxoyl everything and assemble. Hopefully I'll be there tomorrow night
