yes i think you'l find that powerflex that mike satur supplies have a kit comming out in a few weeks unless rimmers and the mgf centre are mistaken If they do, it'll be interesting. The F and the TF front are the same except for the ARB, that's easy. The rear is completely different, and not many bushes are easily urethaned? ;D Six of them are mechanical ball joints, and the rest are technically very different from traditional urethane joints, hence the messing around. The TF has 12 bushes each side at the rear

yes apparently the mgf centre sent a whole tf rear to powerflex for them to work on, then powerflex apparently told other suppliers that they would have the full kit ready so these suppliers advertised the full kit at a price which was less than what the mgf centre wanted to sell it so they are annoyed with them. anyway that's the gist of it from what info i could gather over the weekend.

Hmmmm Last year the Polybush TF set was £335.44 + VAT . I've got that from them last year. I'll wait and see what happens, but whatever, I'm going to full taper roller, greaseable rose joints on 4 of them

Got 2 more Polybush joints today, the ones at the front of the trailing arm where it attaches to the subframe. They're working on the outer lower rear radius arm bush of my pattern, hopefully I'll get a prototype set to road test. Just got to get rid of this weekend, find some dry weather, and start fitting all these bushes Once all that's done, there are two more on the trailing arm, and two more on the inner rear radius arm to sort out. That will leave only one rubber bush per side in the whole system not replaced with urethane

Just to add insult to injury, Dave helped me today to check my bushes They're bushed So I'm waiting desperately for Polybush to come up with a prototype bush, or I'll have to go the rose joint route as I can hear them rattling over minor bumps now as well. It is worth all TF'ers to check the rear lower front outer radius arm bush for wear, as they are **** and made of rubbish materials. I've bought two new rear tyres and painting the wheels, so now is the time for me to sort it.

I've ordered 4 rose joints today, found a guy to machine up adapters to suit the radius arms, and started to re-furb the rear wheels. I've just got to buy a chunk of EN8 steel, and we should be in business
