The prop shaft flange I had lined up has the wrong dimensions. Either I turn it down.... If it were me, I'd turn it down as unacceptable as well Jerry, but then I guess you meant with a Boxford or a Myford or similar.......

Yup, modified an old prop shaft flange, think it will fit together now. Just need a bit of welding to stick nuts on an inaccessible part of the assembly, modify the existing handbrake cable, and then test it out. Got to get it running for a rally next Sunday on Epynt ranges, or else drive there in FrontWD with no handbrake

My new flanged stainless steel nuts are the dogs b*****s. After a bit of welding, drilling, tapping, screwing, it might come together this afternoon. Just realised we gotta do the recce for the SWF'rs Pendine Dash, so a bit of a dash to finish this off ;D

Just come out from under the car, still not got it right!!!!!! All day, and still not done. If I could turn the car upside down it would be easy, but it is working right in the middle of the car, restricted access, poor light etc. I will succeed

I'm pulling the Disco at a pay and play site. This was the owner showing off, and I'm winching him out of a hole. That is not a "wire", it's called winching ;D ;D ;D SJs rule
