Ok people, how about a tour of Bristol's answer to The Lake District? Probably not surrounded by snow-capped highlands, and sadly all man-made, but lakes all the same... The Blue Bowl at West Harptree www.thebluebowl.co.uk/ is a reputedly decent pub at the half-way point that has 'a large flat car park perfect for car clubs'. Meet & end point would be Gordano Services (M5 J19). www.mgf1.co.uk/the_lakes.htm is the proposed route, 40 mile round trip from Gordano Services, so if we aimed to meet there for 11.15am it should all go swimmingly ;D

NO danger of us getting lost then Jerry, I presume the 'us' you refer to is you and Di. It's a bit rash to include RL et al in such sweeping statements! ;D ;D ;D

What ho! Spiffing to see the operation is taking shape. We seem to have lost radio contact with a few of the chaps over the last couple of days, but one hopes they'll all make it to the target at 11:15 hours on Friday.

Good plan, see -- I knew I could rely on my co-pilot ;D ..... and on this occasion I am not talking about Colin, as the stupid idiot conked out before Christmas and I've been without him for 2 weeks now as he's gone off for repairs I didn't make it to the Chepstow races, I needed a rest! Shame really as bruv was taking a limo over The big question is, does Bandito have a working F to bring to the jolly? ? WC Fi
