I waxed the boot lid three times now last night, and still having a go again this morning. Erm why have you done the boot 3 times? If you do it right the first time you only have to do it once Erm, 'cos it's easy to reach and polish. I only did the boot lid to see what it would look like - looks the same as the rest of the car, so I won't bother with the rest of it ;D

No more cleaning, it's fatal. Everytime I try and wash the car, it starts raining - so hopefully we will dodge the showers and have a dry one

See you all Friday. Dave 7.30am Llandovery Station. Without looking back through the thread, what time did you say to meet at Aber Dave? Wasn't it 7.30? If we're meeting Andrew at 7.30 - what time should we meet at Neville Hall??

6.30 sounds more like what I expected tbh, I'll be there...somehow or other I'm more prepared now though, I've got euros and unstuck my sticky caliper again. Not much left to do before we go now ;D Apart from find the paperwork, get some food in, pick mum up, wash the car, wash some clothes, pack the bags, throw a few tools in the boot... I think thats all but I bet I forget something!

I Got my Euros today 1.2018 - £1 thats not very good, the last time i bought Euros I'm sure it was more like 1.70 - £1. I think I'm going to start with only half a tank of fuel and fill up when we get there. Looking at the site Lizzie put up www.pumps.ie/as she said its about 1.18 per ltr ( in euros) so thats a about £0.99 per ltr i payed £1.14 per ltr today and on a full tank you will save £6.50, its not a lot i know but its a bit less tax for MR Brown & co ;D
