yep i suppose it is a bit busy for you City folk ;D us country bumkins don't have it to bad here on the A40 ;D Jerry i would def give Andrew a radio, and any volunteers for the other as i think with my handsfree mobile phone piece in one ear and hearing aid in the other i might get a bit to much feed back ;D ;D Convoy Tips Some of you will already be aware of the basic rules to driving in Convoy but here is again just as a refresher which you may want to bear in mind on this and any future runs,Dave
General tips for when Travelling in convoy: these tips below can't always be done 100% especially if your following me ;D ;D but have a read anyway and bear in mind
• Keep an eye on the car behind and wait or slow down for them if possible to catch up after leaving awkward junctions or traffic lights.
If the car behind you does fall far behind alert the car in front with a flash of headlights to slow down a little if possible. Then when the following vehicles catch up raise your hand so that the car/s in front know to start to moving on quicker.
• To help the leader it is a good idea for the last car in the convoy to have their headlamps on—which marks the end of the convoy

Dont forget this is a Friday morning ie a workday ... when I have to be in Carmarthen by 9am on a Friday it usually takes anywhere between and hour to hour and a half (but then I do have to get through swansea That's what I was thinking, normal weekday traffic and we will probably meet all the rush hour stuff heading into Swansea, better to arrive too early ;D Oh, alright then, sometime after 6.30 then
