Silverstone Biggie Weekend June 13/14/15

Certainly last 2 years I have camped, plots have not been allocated. You just checked in at the gazebo on arrival and pitched up in whatever empty pitch you wanted. It wasn’t like previous year where you had a pitch number allocated to you.

Last year I was lucky as I arrived at the same time as James, Adrian & Emma so we all got pitches next to each other.

It could be a case of first one there needs to find and reserve a group of pitches for the group unless you can get them to cordon off the corner of a field for us

Sorry to add, the Midlands Centre organise the camping, true, as Steve says we all got together but the plot was marked out for us as I booked a large plot for all of us when I made the bookings. Therefore, if you want to camp together you will need to book together or make sure the Midlands centre know you want to be together.

I'm afraid I can't be with you this year as Dawn and I will be at the Swedish National event in Angelholm that weekend.

i have booked for the 3days, put under special instructions that i would like a plot with all other members of the SWMGF.

I knew it was plot numbers given out ha ha, anyone sending form in write SWMGF in Big red letters at top,anyone phoning and booking mention us,Or anyone got a form bring it to our meet a week Sunday all filled in with cheque or whatever and give it to me and i will send off with mine and Andrews

ps i will see if i can get a couple of forms to bring to meet so bring a cheque ha ha, thats if it's possible, i will ring MGCC tomorrow and see.

didn't give me a plot number dave but as part of the booking on-line you can write down any special instructions so i put down i want to be with the rest of the SWMGF, booked for 3days plus camping plus circuit drive but not sure if that was added to cart so just e-mailed them for confirmation. do you have to be a member for that? anyway was £90 for me and julie lol confidence thats 3mths away will we make it???

Doh!! I think I got it wrong, I was putting it as members admission 2/3 days and 3 people (thinking they meant days not people), rather than 1 person

ha ha i wouldn't worry to much about it if we are all in General camping area we will be fairly close anyway so don't worry, Grant your ok you don't have to be member for circuit drive plus you will i suspect with your tkts when they arrive in post you will have camp lot number.

We will crack it on the Friday evening when we all turn up and pitching up i'm sure even if we have to swop a couple of plot numbers ha ha ;D

Right booked mine now at £61.50. Asked for plot with SWMGF members, but as Dave said we can sort it when we get there anyway
