Sorry- not been on forum for a few days.
Ok Oz we will meet you at Sarn Services at 9.45. I will arrange for Paul & Fran to meet us there too as they cant get into Bryngarw House. The route we have in mine heads up towards Abergavenny way so I will be in touch with Jan to sort out a meet up that way. Please check the forum later today/tomorrow for updated meet point.

There's a large layby on the A465 Head of Valley Rd just before (half mile) the big roundabout at Abergavenny...

Sounds good to us... Was a bit concerned when Google maps took me to a housing estate, now noticed that Plas Derwen is a pub/restaurant on the main road. Not one we've been to before.
Lesley's cleaning the car tomorrow ! I'm hedge trimming - sounds fair.
See you on Sunday

Thank you for everyone who turned out today. It was a great day out.
I like the way that in good old SWMG fashion we rearranged the furniture in the pub to accommodated our increase in numbers.
As promised I will be working on our Christmas bash plans this week- so keep a look out for further details next week.

Thanks everyone for a really nice day out, especially to Ken and Clara for the arrangements and leading us on the run across country. Really enjoyed the drive. We retraced our steps through Malvern -- a bit slower unfortunately as we were in a long queue following a tractor full of potatoes until a few miles outside Ledbury.. At Ross we resorted to the A40 and A449. Still only an hour 40 to get home with just under 140 miles for the day.
Phil & Lesley..
