It's been 6 days since anyone posted anything.. surely someone has something to say, even if it's only a whinge about the weather! I had to take a detour for work the last couple of days as the main road from Pontypool to Abergavenny has been closed this week. An inconvenience, but nothing like others have suffered. I hope none of the rest of you are feeling the brunt of these awful storms? It's too cold to spend long in the garage of late, so I've SORNed the new TF as it's such slow progress getting anything moving on there that it's going to take months rather than weeks to get it sorted to some kind of standard where I@d be happy taking it miles into the middle of nowhere. Seized and sheared bolts have been the biggest test of patience so far - that and over-tightened rubbish rover wheel nuts, leading to a knackered wheel thanks to having to drill it off

Has anyone offered any of their valuable time to give you some help. I'm sure we could all spare a few hours here and there to help lighten the load.

I think it's finding time of my own that's the biggest problem, I work from lunchtime into evenings so it's hard to get stuck into anything much in the morning before work, and by the time I get in it's too late to go and start anything then either. So it's a weekend job at the moment, but I keep swanning off out on other MG events at weekends! My partner is my biggest source of help, he's been a fantastic help particularly in mustering up my enthusiasm when all I want to do it sit in the house in the warm! It will get there, I'm aiming to have it all done by June when the tax on my current TF runs out, so I'm not putting a tight deadline on it, it'll just be a bonus if it's on the road sooner than that
