We've now got a page and group up and running on Facebook, so feel free to join us if you haven't already


The group is for chatty, general stuff and photos etc - www.facebook.com/groups/southwalesmg/



The page is more for 'advertising' us as such - I've closed it to posting by others, but I think if you 'Like' the page, you are then able to post comments/status etc on your own fb and tag southwalesmg - thus possibly increasing our audience - www.facebook.com/southwalesmg


The website isn't far off, I've not published it yet, but the address will be www.southwalesmg.co.uk

I'm keeping the site quite simple, it'll serve as a bit of an advert for us and somewhere to which people can be directed easily - from there they can then join us on here, or fb or the F Reg forum.

The next stage will be to produce some flyers, I've got plans for these but they'll have to wait a short while until we've a) collected a little more in the way of funds, and b) I've got the website fully finished and up to scratch

As for raffle that is a fab idea- I will get a few prizes sorted.

I know the Lincs F register do one at their monthly pub meet and prizes range from a bottle of wine to a packet of Jaffa Cakes or car cleaning bits so we could do something similar and if any one ever wants to donate a prize they will be most welcome.

And Jan- Shaun the sheep still has some money left so just shout when you need more and I can send you some and btw you are doing a fab job. Three cheers for Jan

Thanks folks, I'm glad you all seem happy enough with the 're-brand', it's so hard trying to update everything while remaining true to the fun-loving roots that Dave & Mike created all those years ago





Funds are doing ok at the moment thanks Clara, I received a very generous donation of £11 last weekend so still have a bit left in the side pot!
