f*****g lower arm bushes

From the title of this thread you have more than likely guessed I am changing a front lower wishbone arm , my problem the bolt at front inner of arm has siezed in bush , so all is turning but going nowhere. This is the one you access through chassis so the air out side my house has been coloured a darker shade of blue today with all the technical swearing, Any one got suggestions apart from scrap the bl**dy thing or set fire to it?

No it is not done yet but I have a sharp chisel , a big hammer and lots of pent up frustration, so we shall see how it goes next weekend. GRRRRRRR.
