I know someones gonna give me a blatantly stupid answer to this one that i haven't thought of but....The "TF" letters from the rear of my car need replacing, I don't really want to start Super gluing or Aralditing them back on , so what is the best way to stick them back on ? Ive had a squint on EBay for new ones but not having much luck. Is it the old trick of getting a rear view mirror sticker and cutting it to shape? I know Halfords do letters but from previous experience they normally go Green after about a month.

If you mean the chromed TF letters, then like the MG Badges and the wing flags etc, these come with an adhesive backing.
The best method of removal I have found with anything like this is a hairdryer to gently warm the badge/letters to be replaced, and then to use dental floss to work through the old adhesive with a gentle sawing action. Clean any residue off with white spirit and then firmly apply the replacement badge/letters.
In respect of the TF Letters specifically, the part number is DAT000170MVR - Badge assembly-rear TF, although whilst looking this morning, various web sites suggest that this had been replaced by DAT000551MMM. Both Brown & Gammons and Rimmers, for example, have this latter item in stock.
