I know Im probably going over old ground here gang but......I've come out to my TF this morning and all the way to work (26 Miles) the SRS light has been on !?!?! On getting to work I've turned the ignition off n then started the car again a couple of times n its gone off? Did I just start the car a bit too quick first time round and not given the system time to set or have I got the begining of a more serious problem ?

Forget it gang! Ive done some trawling on the threads and gonna give the , Disconnect the battery and clean the underseat contacts up! If you hear a bang then please see first post ! On a lighter note did have a lovely weekend driving the same TF around Llyn Clywedog and Dinas Mawddwy the weekend (without this SRS problem )

From the symptoms you describe it's almost certainly an issue with the connectors under the seat - especially if you've had occasion to move them recently or been rummaging around underneath trying to find something etc. It's an easy job to clean up the contacts, and if done carefully just move or bend the male pins ever so slightly to make a firmer contact when mated in the female socket.
