As my plugs have been in 6 years ( about 16000 miles), I feel they are due for replacement. Could someone please advise whats involved in getting to them and removing them ( I know the engine bay panel has to be removed!). It's a 52 reg TF 160 by the way. Thanks !

The hardest part will be pulling the plug caps off the plugs. The heat seems to make the rubber bits stick like glue to the plugs, and need a good yank to get off

Thanks for advice guys. Fitted the plugs with no problems, also changed the rear brake pads which were the originals, and must say the brakes feel much more positive now.
