Hi all. I am trying to decide which way is the best way to get to Fishguard for us. The obvious route seems to be M4, A48, then pick up the A40, at Carmarthen. I am also looking at the M50, then A40, all the way through. As I have never travelled the A40, that way before, other than to get to Abergavenny, I thought it may be an option. What do you think?

Gordon i would say easiest and quickest would be your first choice M4-A48-A40 rather than to come accross to Abergavenny and do A40 all the way which is what i and few others will be doing early Fri Morning have no choice as i live Abergavenny ha ha.

Jan i don't have any T shirst left but if you can get a plain white one somewhere soon i still have a bit of iron on print paper left, just checked and i have 1 set of tour iron stickers left but there isl no name under the shamrock,so if Andy doesn't mind that if you pm me your address i can post to you and you can iron on a white shirt for him, i found best way, now water in iron, ptu the swmgf and clover on front first, i used A4 plain paper to iron over as better than cloth, i also put couple of sheets of white A4 paper inside T shirt as an extra protection if you know what i mean, then turn T shirt over to do back, put some A4 white paper on top of ironing board cover, also 2 sheets inside T shirt and then your ready to iron the 3 seperate ones on back swmgf on tour, flag,& 2008, iron needs to be very hot and keep iron on stickers circulating for about a minute or when you feel it's right, the A4 paper will start to go brown a litte, when done leave an hour or so to cool down before trying to peel backing off, Dave
