Y'hey! I'm first home I think... thoroughly enjoyed today, thanks to everyone for the good company and special thanks to Jerry and Di for sorting it all out - the weather, albeit a little windy at times , was kind to us and I managed to have roof down from first thing this morning; lunch was lush - don't know about anybody else but I cleared my plate - though I can't help wondering if the manager (or whoever he was) wasn't a little stressed! ;D ;D ... off for a cuppa and to see whether any of the photo's I tried to take actually came out.

just waved off Alan and Marion from Abergavenny, and got in at 8.10pm,after Andrew left us at Llandovery myself,Greyfox and Alan continued towards Brecon/Abergavenny, just after leaving Sennybridge A40 we was all flagged down ,we saw Police helicopter above and saw flashing lights ahead, was told to turn around as extremely bad accident ahead and road will be bocked hours, after trying to find way around it and ending up in dead end farm yard with a load of other vehicles we managed to come out the other side eventually, still on the A40 we was flagged down again in Bwlch by workmen putting signs up and told once a gain to find alt route as road blocked again by fatality accident here as well, will have to watch the Welsh news later to see what exactly happened at both places. my guess it is motorbikes again as most Sundays sees a bad accident on A40 with them as hundreds congregate at Abergavenny and drive back and forth to llandovery all day..
re today a Huge thanks to Jerry and Di and i enjoyed the run very much as was all new areas of Wales to me absolutely loved it,it was tad windy but the sun shone all day, just fabulous great meal Jerry even if you was a tad stressed like the owner ha ha, i would go there again as grub lovely, i will put my pics up tomorrow as knackered tonight ;D Al i will add yours to the slide show i make up tomorrow, great to see you all again, had a fab day and see you all again in few weeks for MGFC Openday, Dave
edit 9pm just found this about the one accident
Two dead, one hurt in road crash A man and a woman have been killed in a two-vehicle road crash near Brecon in south Powys. The man was driving a Vauxhall Vectra car, while the woman was a passenger in a Rover, said Dyfed-Powys Police.
The driver of the Rover is understood to be in a serious condition and was airlifted from the scene at Trecastle to Swansea's Morriston Hospital.
Some drivers had a 55-mile detour around the crash, but the section of road on the A40 re-opened later.
Mid and West Wales Fire Service said firefighters cut casualties out of badly-damaged vehicles following the crash, which happened at about 1015GMT on Thursday.

alanmgtf Thanks for a great day out - Jerry and Diane. Enjoyed meeting everyone and seeing west Wales. Clocked up a fair few miles (400) but worth it. Got home 9.30 p.m. Straight to pub for a pint - I had driver's thirst. Great photos! See you all soon - Alan and Marion (Silver Bullet)
