HI everyone sorry have being away on a course. Have had little time to look at forum. anyway proposed route for the run is
Meet in Brecon at the main car park by the retirement flats. if you come into Brecon of the A40 r/b past Morrison's service station first mini r/b turn right (rugby club on left) the car park is on your left. WE will meet around 10am leave Brecon 10.30 onto the A40 head to-wards Llandovery 1st stop in Llandovery castle car park look at statue and castle back onto A40 head for Llandilo we stay on the A40 to-wards Camarthen. We then turn left to-wards Dryslwyn castle ruins we want stop just drive past then turn left onto the B4300 nice straight for a short burn past Dinerfwr Castle on left left onto the A476 to mini r/b straight over to-wards Bethlehem, we then turn right to-wards Trap follow this road narrow in parts to-wards Carrig Cennen, stop here possible for lunch and chance to visit the castle small charge to go to the castle but well worth it. After lunch we head to-wards Glanamen not sure of route yet am doing recci with Dave on the 20th once in Glanamen we turn left on to the A474 to-wards Gwaun-cae-Gurwen we then turn left again on to the A4068 Brynamman road follow that road until we reach a Mimi r/b we then turn left onto the A4069 Black mountain road stop for photos and possible ice cream if its warm enough. we continue on this road a nice twisty one into Llangadog. WE then turn right to-wards Llandovery into Llandovery turn right onto the A40 and then left onto the A483 we follow this road into Cynghordy and turn left to-wards Tirabad, wE then turn left to-wards Llywel onto the army range road we pass part of the rally course and those of you who have being on this road before will remember the good long straights. we then meet up with the A40 again and head back for Brecon. I will do a more in depth one nearer the time there are a few interesting spots on the way will get it done before the 23th so for those of you who are going to Haynes will have a copy for then. AS i said will be doing a recci with Dave so may change things slightly.

2 and a half hours to get to the start point, it might be pushing my "limit" of 2 hours each way for one day events. I'll have to see about this...

I know that feeling well - why did I never think to put a limit on how far I would travel...Dave, i'm sure you've got something to do with that, MGF10 I think ;D Whoo hoo, just a short 1hr 20 min drive to start point for me ;D -
