Car going great, she's very happy with it. Might even be able to get her along to a meet. There's plenty of room for all 3 on the drive, but my mate reckon's when he drive's past it look's like the Main Dealer's. lol ;D

nice one Bex! I do like Royal Blue! had a fully loaded (leather, s/roof a/con etc) Rover 25 1.6 as a pool car which was Royal Blue - I stuck 10,000 miles on it it a little over 6 weeks (often with a the back seats folded down with heavy metal bits onboard!) back in the sumer of 2002! (14,000 miles in 8 weeks!) anyway, back on topic - so, are you ALL 3 coming to Cheddar on Sunday?

Not too sure about Bex coming on Sunday, have to try and persuade her. As long as there's enough room in the car park. lol

Hi Red leader and all! Dave, thanks for the warm welcome on that wet sunday morning at Cardiff Bay. Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to ya! (I was the chap looking for breakfast in the bay who owns a '97 MGF and lives in Ross!). Is it too late to book in for the Cardiff trip? The missus and myself are definately up for it. Regards Dave aka Paladindc

Hi all, just bought my first "F". 1998 Abingdon. It needs a bit of work to get it right. Not got a huge budget, just wondering where to start. Any suggestions?

Hi jastee! you're in good company on this site. Is your abingdon still standard? What sort of work do you think you need to do before you dress it to your taste?

Good Morning Gazza and Red Leader. As far as I know, the car is still standard. I dont think its had the head gasket changed, the brakes are a little sketchy. Exhaust has seen better days, but all in all, she drives lovely. There are also cosmetic things I would like done, like the roof seats and carpet but I think these can be done at a later date. Can anyone recommend someone local (Llanelli, Swansea area) for the head gasket change?
